Mr. Shailendra Singh is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and an Accredited Mediator of the Supreme Court of India, he is also registered insolvency professional. He also serves as Founder & Managing Partner at August Attorneys LLP – a role that reflects both the breadth and depth of his practice.
His core areas of expertise include Corporate Insolvency under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), commercial disputes, PMLA and economic offence matters, and arbitration. Over the course of his career, he has argued before division benches of the Supreme Court and High Courts, appeared before the NCLT and NCLAT in complex CIRP matters, and represented clients in high-profile criminal proceedings.
He’s also a mediator — which means he understands that not every dispute needs to end in a courtroom.
